Heavenly Father, thank you for our children and for walking with them throughout every stage of learning, from their first scribbles to graduation day. School can be full of challenges and opportunities for growth. So we ask for Your steady hand to guide them, Your wisdom to shape them, and Your protection to surround them. Give them courage when they feel unsure, peace when things get tough, and joy in the journey. Watch over their hearts, minds, and friendships, and remind them they’re never alone. In Jesus' name, Amen. (Picture by FreePic)
From crayons to caps, each Grade’s a vibe, School’s a roller-coaster, buckle up, tribe.
Kindergarten: Glue sticks, naps, and snack attacks; We’re here to learn and "maybe" take a nap.
st Grade: Lost a tooth; read books from A to Z, used big kid desks, and counted trees.
nd Grade: Math gets wild, Books get thick; We still think recess is the trick.
rd Grade: Cursive letters and science goo; We ask “Why?” about everything, too.
th Grade: Writing reports and spelling flair; We’re basically scholars, though unaware.
th Grade: Hallway Kings and uplifting songs; We know everything (but we’re wrong).
th Grade: Middle School Begins the Ride; Lockers, Schedules, and a Shifting Tide.
th Grade: Drama club or basketball? We overthink it all, y’all.
th Grade: Top dogs of middle school turf; Almost there, graduation’s in the air.
th Grade: Freshman faces, wide-eyed stares; New beginnings and social flares.
th Grade: Driver’s ed and caffeine highs; We’re tired but academically wise.
th Grade: Tests, stress, and college dreams; Balance work and teenage fun, The pressure’s high but so’s the sun.
th Grade: Senior swagger, prom attire; Caps and gowns are within sight, Senior year feels bold and bright.
